Comparing the gene expression of target genes to reliable reference genes is key for the correct interpretation of qRT-PCR results. In this study, the authors used GENEVESTIGATOR^® to predict reference gene candidates for gene expression analyses in primary keratinocytes. The validity of the prediction was confirmed experimentally.
