Abstract

The PCSK9 gene is known to be an important enzyme for the regulation of LDL cholesterol levels in blood. In the present study, we characterize the expression regulation of this gene across tissues, cell lines, cancers, and perturbations of several organisms (human, mouse, rat) and identify genes potentially co-regulated with PCSK9 across relevant conditions.
