- Gene list
- Signature (described here)
If you have a list of genes, create a new gene selection in the Gene Selection panel (1). Enter a list of genes, e.g. by copying/pasting from an Excel sheet (2). Confirm the gene selection (3) and your gene list immediately appears in the Gene Selection pane.
